Challenge and Implementation
CRS has commissioned reanmo to develop a cloud-based, multi-tenant applicant management software with built-in CRM. The challenge was to create a solution that meets the specific requirements of CRS while being user-friendly and intuitive.
The software had to be able to cover all aspects of applicant management, from creating job advertisements to managing applications and communicating with candidates and clients.
Another challenge was to integrate the software into CRS’s existing IT infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with Office 365. The multi-tenant architecture of the software allowed CRS to customize the software to the specific requirements of its clients while ensuring a unified user experience.
The Automation Manager function of the software was another important aspect that allowed CRS to create automated workflows and processes, thereby increasing the efficiency and productivity of the company. The candidate and client apps allowed CRS to manage applications and customer data on the go and quickly respond to requests.
